KIAGA Birthday Parties and Events

GYMNASTICS PARTY - The parties are 1 hour and 30 minutes long, the first hour will be spent in the gym with one or more instructors going over safety issues, stretching and then playing, the last 30 minutes are spent in party area.  All presents and non-perishable items should be stored in the party area: perishable food may be placed in the refrigerator.

KIAGA GRAVITY WARRIORS - The parties are 1 hour and 30 minutes long. There will be one or more instructors going over safety issues.  The first 15 minutes children will go through an obstacle course, and the last 45 minutes will be spent in open gym.  The last 30 minutes are spent in the party area.  All presents and non-perishable items should be stored in the party area: perishable food may be placed in the refrigerator.

You will need to bring the following: table cloths, eating & serving utensils, paper cups, napkins, plates, a large knife for the cake, candles, matches and a few large bags for the presents.  You are welcome to bring supplies to decorate your table area.

We supply the room, set-up the tables & chairs for the children attending the birthday party and one food table.  We do not set-up tables and chairs for the Adults,  if you need additional tables you will need to contact KIAGA office at 847-381-6141 to see about availability and cost.  We request help in disposing of your paper goods and other on-the-table messes.  We will take care of the floor and chair cleaning.  It is our experience that it is best to clean as you go along so that you do not feel rushed at the end.

2) Choose the birthday Party day and time that your child has been invited to, and click on the Waiver Form.
3) Fill out waiver and submit it online.
