What is the difference between Trampoline & Tumbling and Tumbling?
Trampoline & Tumbling classes emphasize trampoline-based training along with tumbling skills, while Tumbling classes focus more heavily on floor-based tumbling. Both programs are designed to safely build strength, coordination, and technique. Each page clearly links to the other so families can choose the best fit.
