Class Level Overview
KIAGA offers progressive gymnastics programs for girls ages 6 and up, designed to help athletes build strength, coordination, proper technique, and confidence. Each class level follows a structured curriculum with clear skill progressions, ensuring students learn safely and at a pace that fits their individual development. Gymnasts will also utilize equipment such as trampoline, rope, obstacle courses, and our foam pit.

6Y+
Beginner
Our Beginner Girls’ Gymnastics class introduces students to foundational gymnastics skills, strength training, balance, and coordination. Athletes learn proper technique on each apparatus, including floor, bars, beam, and vault, all in a supportive environment that builds confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
7Y+ or by coach recommendation
Advanced Beginner
Advanced Beginner classes are designed for girls who have mastered basic foundational skills and are ready for more challenging progressions. Students continue to build strength and flexibility while learning skills such as backbend kickovers, handstand progressions, introductory bar skills, and beginner beam skills with increased independence.
8Y+ or by coach recommendation
Intermediate
Intermediate Girls’ Gymnastics is for athletes who demonstrate strong body control, confidence, and proficiency in foundational skills. Students train more advanced skill progressions on all four apparatuses, with an emphasis on strength, technique, and safe skill development as they prepare for higher-level instruction.
