Celebrate your child’s big day with an action-packed birthday party at KIAGA. Choose from a Gymnastics Party or a Gravity Warriors Party — both are 1½ hours of high-energy fun led by experienced coaches in a safe, exciting gym environment.

Saturdays:

  • 1:00–2:30 pm
  • 2:00–3:30 pm

  • 3:00–4:30 pm
All parties are 1 hour 30 minutes total.

Birthday Party Options

KIAGA offers two party types, each with different pricing and structure. Both options are 1½ hours long.
Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Gymnastics Birthday Party

Structure:
 • First hour: supervised gym time with instructor(s)
  – Safety review
  – Stretching
  – Structured activities
 • Last 30 minutes: party area (lobby sitting area)

Important Notes:
 • Presents and non-perishable items must be stored in the party area
 • Perishable food may be refrigerated
 • KIAGA provides and sets up tables and chairs for children plus one food table
 • KIAGA does NOT set up tables/chairs for adults
 • If additional tables are needed, families must contact the KIAGA office at 847-381-6141 for availability and cost

Gravity Warriors Party (Ages 4+)

Structure:
 • Safety instruction with coach(es)
 • First 15 minutes: obstacle course
 • Next 45 minutes: open gym
 • Last 30 minutes: party area (lobby sitting area)

Food and storage rules are the same as Gymnastics Parties.

Large Event Staffing & Facility Fee Parties with more than 40 total guests (children + adults) may require an additional staffing fee: 41–70 guests — $150 71+ guests — $250

Additional Fees & Policies

Parties with more than 40 total guests (children + adults) may require a Large Event

Staffing & Facility Fee:

  •  41–70 guests: $150
  • 71+ guests: $250

• $100 non-refundable deposit required at booking

• Balance due day of party based on number of participating children and party type

• $15 fee for every 5 minutes past end time — guests must exit promptly

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit is non-refundable but transferable up to 21 days before party (one transfer allowed)
  • 8–14 days before party: 50% of remaining balance charged
  • 7 days or less: 100% of remaining balance charged
Certificates: If a family has a Birthday Party Certificate, they must notify the front office at the time of scheduling or they will be billed normally.

  • Birthday cake or cupcakes

  • Plates, napkins, and utensils
  • Decorations (if desired)
Guests should wear comfortable athletic clothing. Socks or bare feet are recommended for gym activities.
