Pre-School / Kindergym Classes
SPARKLES (Parent-Tot) - Ages Walkers to 3 years
Parent Tot program is designed to give your child the best learning experience an enjoyable physical and social experience for your toddler -age 3. With the guidance of a KIAGA instructor, parent and tots are introduced to igniting your child’s imagination and cognitive thinking while building muscle coordination, body awareness, and fine and gross motor skills. We help encourage the parent/caregiver bonding experience while also preparing the children to enter group activities on his or her own. Children learn and explore through climbing, hanging, swinging, balance, jumping and rolling on a variety of mats and equipment designed just for them with “parents” hands-on for help.

RISING STARS (Preschool) - Ages 3 years
No Parent Necessary Here! This class helps your 3-year-old athlete to take that big step towards independence. With the encouragement of KIAGA's instructors, these kids will begin to learn of their body's abilities and limitation. Rising Stars Pre-School class is designed to give your child the best learning experience within a class that is fun and exciting. Focus on balance, strength, flexibility, hand-eye coordination, and body awareness through gymnastics skills and general motor skills. Our curriculum includes introducing basic names of skills and body positions, learning skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. We use specially designed preschool-sized equipment just right for the growing bodies of our smallest athletes!

KINDERGYM - Age Kindergarten
The Kindergym class is an independent class for Kindergartens. This class is designed for the Kindergartner. In this class, children continue learning basic concepts working on full-scale equipment. This class advances into more “skill oriented” activities. Learning the names of skills and body positions. This level also emphasizes the importance of warm-up and stretching.
