Who this Program is for:
Ideal for:
Each class begins on the trampoline, where athletes build:
- Gymnasts building aerial and floor skills
- Cheerleaders developing power, flipping, and tumbling technique
- Beginners learning proper fundamentals safely
- Athletes transitioning skills from trampoline to floor
- Advanced athletes refining execution, control, and competition-ready skills
For beginner athletes, trampoline is one of the safest ways to learn flips before transferring to floor. Floor-based tumbling develops power, speed, and consistency for competition performance.
