Gymnastics & Movement Camps at KIAGA
KIAGA offers day camps designed to keep kids active, engaged, and learning throughout school breaks and summer. Our camps blend gymnastics, movement challenges, creative play, and group activities — all in a safe, structured, and fun environment.
Camp Options
Below are the main camp types offered at KIAGA. Specific dates, times, and age groups are available in the camp calendar below.
(Ages 4–6)
Girls Summer Gymnastics Camps
Gymnasts are coached on the four women’s Olympic events — vault, bars, beam, and floor. Trampolines and foam pits are used to introduce flipping fundamentals. These camps welcome gymnasts of varying experience — from beginners to intermediate athletes.
(Ages 4–6)
Lil Gravity Warriors Camp — Boys
Gravity Warriors Camp challenges young athletes to run, jump, climb, swing, and flip through obstacle circuits. Campers progress from safe landing techniques to more advanced acrobatics using free-running movement. Each day also includes a break for an arts and crafts project to balance physical challenge with creative play.
(Ages 5–6)
Kindercamp — Girls
Our youngest gymnasts will be introduced to the basics of vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor using preschool-sized equipment suited to their growth and abilities. Camp includes basic trampoline and foam pit time as well as a daily arts and crafts project for a balanced camp experience.
